Hello all and Happy January! πŸ™‚ It’s definitely winter here in Montana! Brrrrr! Just for the fun of it, I thought I would let you all know which recipes were the most popular (most viewed) on Allergy Free Angela during the year 2017. You might just be surprised, or maybe not (?). πŸ˜‰

The top four recipes of 2017 are all main dishes that are soups and/or Instant Pot recipes. I am not surprisedΒ that these are the most viewed recipes of 2017. They are also some of my family’s favorite recipes.

I love this flavorful soup. I say it is like the chicken version of taco soup. My family loves this soup as well. I love that it’s so easy to make!

Potato soup is one of my favorite soups. It’s even better with bacon! We enjoy this dairy free version of potato soup, made with cashew milk in the Instant Pot. If you can’t have dairy, you can still have potato soup! πŸ™‚

This is a go to recipe for our family. It’s especially easy to make and can be done on the stove top in about 30 minutes. My husband has even made this recipe several times for our family and he’s not really a cook. πŸ˜‰ It’s easy and flavorful. This recipe doesn’t require any seasoning packets or fancy ingredients. It’s naturally gluten and dairy free.
